Founder of The Cookbook Lab, Cookbook Author and Food Blogger
I’m a food blogger, cookbook author, and former marketing director from Portland, Oregon.
I self published my first cookbook Everyday Sous Vide: it's all French to me in 2018.
At the time I had no idea how much self-publishing a cookbook would grow my business. Since publishing my first cookbook I’ve signed on with a major ad network, left my full-time job, done dozens of live TV appearances, podcast interviews, judged cooking contests, booked larger brand deals, self-published my second cookbook and so much more.
But figuring out all the steps to actually get my book out into the world was extremely confusing which is why I created The Cookbook Lab to help other foodies have a step by step system (and a ton of support) to self publish their own cookbook.

I really could not have done it without your expertise. I had so many questions throughout the process and somehow the answer was always already in the course."

After such a headache and endless hours of cookbook research, I was so glad I finally found this! It went through every question I've had about the logistics of making a cookbook a reality.
